SHIPPING POLICY

Oxfordia Resources delivers orders across Pakistan.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared with the customer after the order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and contact information.

Oxfordia Resources will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, the courier may make another attempt or return the parcel to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

DELAYS

We do our best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time.

However, Oxfordia Resources is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
