RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing physical educational materials from Oxfordia Resources. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged product or incorrect item.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we send you the wrong product, we will arrange the appropriate return process and provide a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, a refund may be issued if the returned item meets all return conditions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We aim to provide return instructions within 2 business days.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Approved refunds will usually be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Oxfordia Resources.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot normally be returned:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Opened or used educational materials unless defective
• Products not purchased directly from Oxfordia Resources
